Background
The Countywide Bike Plan(PDF, 47MB) lays out the vision, goals, and strategies for bicycle infrastructure in Eudora, Baldwin City, and the unincorporated areas of Douglas County. Updates make sure the plan reflects community values and expectations; affirming goals or setting new ones where appropriate. There is a basic timeline below, the planning process will go through most of 2026. Opportunities for community feedback will be listed on this page.
