Utility Billing Contacts
The Utility Billing Division of the Finance Department is responsible for producing billing statements, answering customer inquires, and collecting payments for water, sanitary sewer, trash, stormwater, and other miscellaneous services provided by the City. Customer Service Representatives are available during regular business hours to accept payments, answer questions about your account, as well as process requests for turn-ons, disconnections, or transfers.
