Carnegie Building

The historic Carnegie Building, built in 1904 as Lawrence’s public library, now serves as a community gathering space for events, programs, and cultural activities.

Lawrence Union Pacific Depot

The historic Lawrence Union Pacific Depot offers unique spaces for weddings, receptions, meetings, and community events, surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden and an active railroad.

Special Use Permits

Larger events and certain activities may require a Special Use Permit. Permits must be submitted at least two weeks in advance and receive written approval before the reservation is finalized.
