Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a gentle, meditative form of exercise that combines slow, intentional movements with focused breathing. Regular practice can support balance, flexibility, posture, and circulation while providing an opportunity to calm the mind and relieve stress.

Okinawan Kenpo

Okinawan Kenpo is a traditional Okinawan style of karate that focuses on self-defense, personal development, and physical conditioning. Students learn techniques designed for close-range situations while developing strength, posture, coordination, and confidence.

Through consistent practice, students develop skills that can help them respond thoughtfully to challenging situations and, when possible, avoid or de-escalate conflict. Instructors bring years of teaching experience and are certified members of the United States Kenpo Federation and Midori Yama Budakai, which is affiliated with the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU).
